Scottish medical database housing private and confidential files and patient information.
BRIEF: Design a medical database for a high security prison where a patient will gain unauthorised access, log on to the database, search for a patient, find the patients files and download as a PDF to attach to an e-mail. Design to clearly read as 'medical' and 'private' but still be visually interesting.
OUTCOME: Real world clinical databases are often grey and full of text which would not translate well to the viewer. As a result the UI here has been simplified and colour added to make it clear yet functional.
